What is the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan?
The Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP) supports Idaho residents and their families who need behavioral health and substance use disorder services.
Magellan Healthcare manages the entire system of care, helping Idahoans at every step of their wellbeing path.
The IBHP supports Idaho residents who don’t have health insurance, as well as those covered by Medicaid or other plans. Adults and youth (under 18) may be eligible.
